What actually is this?
A website where all your hiring lives in one place, instead of across emails, spreadsheets and binders. Applications come in and get sorted, Altis chases the references and checks, and you log in to make the decisions.
Doesn't this take the human bit out of hiring?
The opposite. It gives it back. Altis only handles the admin: forms, chasing, reminders, bookings. Conversations, interviews and every decision stay with your team. It clears the desk so you have more time for the people on it.
We're not a techy team. Will we cope?
Yes. If you can use online banking, you can use Altis. And we set everything up for you: your jobs, your people and your records all moved across before you start.
Does the AI decide who gets hired?
Never. Altis sorts and prepares. Every decision to interview, offer or turn someone down is made by a person on your team, and written down, so you can always show your working.
How long does it take to get going?
Two to four weeks, and we do the heavy lifting. Your team's first day in Altis is for using it, not setting it up.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly price set by how many recruitment areas you hire across, with setup and training included. You choose a 12 or 24-month term, billed monthly with nothing upfront, and prices exclude VAT. See our pricing page for the plans.
